Shipping & Delivery Policy :
Vaum Tonics & Premium Mixers ships throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of us receiving them.
We currently ship across India.
Generally, orders are delivered within 4 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
COVID-19 Policy
Due to the current pandemic, services like deliveries have been impacted across India. Our 3rd party partner courier companies too are facing unforeseen issues and your delivery time can be impacted. There will be no refunds if your package is delayed due to our 3rd party logistics partners.
Cancellation & Refunds
No cancellation & refunds will be processed once the order has been placed.
Order received in Damaged condition ?
We take utmost care into making sure your product reaches you in pristine condition. But in the unforeseen situation you receive your product in a damaged condition or damaged in transit, please call our customer care at +91 8369422553 or email us on orders@vaumtonics.com mentioning your Order ID. Following which if necessary, refunds will be initiated within 10 (ten) business days.
